This is how you pay with Autopay

In order to pay in Tripletex you need to:

  1. Register payment on a voucher
  2. Approve the payment
  3. Sign and send the payment to the bank

In this article we walk you through the three steps you need to pay with bank integration via Autopay.

Step 1: Register payment

 

Supplier invoice (incoming voucher)

Domestic payment

  1. Register supplier invoice.
    Read more about simple booking of supplier invoice here (This article is not translated yet).
  2. Choose the account you want to pay from and fill in payment information such as payment date, amount and KID/message. The payment request (payment date) will be added to the payment overview when you save the voucher.

Abroad payment

  1. Register supplier invoice.
  2. Choose "Abroad".
  3. Abroad payments requires that all information such as recipient country, IBAN, SWIFT etc. are entered in accordance with the requirements of the recipient's country/bank. If the recipient's bank does not have SWIFT, select bank code. This can also be entered on the supplier card.
    The payment request (payment date) will be added to the payment overview when you save the voucher.

Salary

You can pay salary both to domestic and international employees.

  1. Go to "Company>Employees" and choose the employee it is regarding.
  2. Go to the tab "Employment" and scroll down to the section "Salary payment settings".
  3. Add information about account number, IBAN/SWIFT if that is applicable. This needs to be specified for each employee.

4. Click "Complete salary payment" to add payment to any salary payment voucher that is currently in progress. Do you want to register a payment at a later time? Choose "Payment will be registered later" in the field "Payment type".

Tax and Employer's national insurance contributions

You need to have an active bank agreement on your Tax withholding account (Employer's payment records) to register payment with bank integration via Autopay.

  1. Go to "Salary>Tax payments" in the main menu.
  2. Create the task for the settlement period you want to pay tax for.
  3. Click "Register payment for payroll withholding tax" or "Register payment of employer's National Ins."

Step 2: Approve

  1. Go to "Bank>Payments".
  2. Mark the payments you are going to approve and send to the bank.
  3. Click "Approve" in the menu to the right.

Step 3: Sign and send the payment to the bank

You will now get a dialogue box "Approve payments".

Payment requests are sent to the bank after signing and will be scheduled to be paid on the specified due date.

Payments sent to the bank from Tripletex cannot be cancelled within Tripletex. Contact your bank to cancel a payment before its due date.

 

You can sign payments in three different ways.

 

Sign payments with Visma Connect (Autopay)

Fill in your Visma Connect username, password and 6-digit code from your authentication app to send payments to the bank.

Sign payments with BankID

Applicable for anyone with Bankintegration Mini or has activated signing with BankID in Bank settings. Read more here (This article has not been translated yet.)

Click "Confirm payments" to be sent to BankID signing. Follow the necessary steps on the screen to approve the payment with BankID.

 

Sign payments with multiple approvers

Activate multiple approvers on payments by following these steps:

  1. Go to "Bank>Settings" in the main menu.
  2. Choose the tab "Payments".
  3. Click on the "Lock-icon" in the field "Number of people who must approve payments in Tripletex".
  4. Identify yourself with BankID.
  5. Change the amount in the field "Number of people who must approve payments in Tripletex".

The first approver of payments will get "Approve with SMS"
The last approver of payments will get the "Autopay approval window" and the payments will then be sent to the bank.

The approvers in Tripletex must correspond with approvers in the online bank. Read more here (This article has not yet been translated).
