How do I activate bankintegration with AutoPay? – Tripletex hjelpesenter

AutoPay is a solution that allows you and your company to handle all bank transactions from the accounting system.

Automatic transfer of payment data between the bank and your company provides a continuously updated overview of all payments, while the need for manual tasks is eliminated and bank reconciliation is simplified when the figures are always up to date.

With bank integration via AutoPay, you get a fully automatic payment service with direct payment from several bank accounts and currency accounts.

Did you use Autopay in a previous accounting system? Deactivate the agreements in the old system. It is not possible to have multiple agreements in multiple systems at the same time.

Step 1: Activate the service

Go to Company > My subscription in the main menu.
Choose bank integration, purchase, and approve the agreement.
Start the guide that starts with establishing the bank connection.

Step 2: Establish a bank connection

Under the section «bank information», you choose your bank and tick the accounts you want a bank agreement for.

Do you have DNB?
Create the agreement directly from Tripletex. It can take up to 48 hours from the AutoPay agreement has been ordered until it is ready to activate.

Do you have Danske Bank or SEB?
Activate bank integration before you create the agreement with the bank.
Do you have a different bank?
After establishing the bank connection in Tripletex, you need to create a separate agreement with your bank.

I need an order form.

Below is the form for Nordea and Landkreditt Bank. If you have another bank, you need to reach out to your bank and ask for an agreement form for electronic bank integration. If you want automatic bank reconciliation as a part of the agreement, then you need to tick the box for that in the order form. The form is called Camt.053 in most banks.

Step 3: Payment access

Identify with BankID.
Look over the list of the people who have access to log in to the Tripletex account.
Choose who should have full payment access and limited payment access.

You must give yourself full access, because if you don't, then someone else has to complete the onboarding guide.

Are you a Nordea customer?

Here you will get a fourth step where you need to create an Autopay user.

Follow the steps described below on how to proceed:

From the window «Create a user in AutoPay» click «Next». If you already have an AutoPay user in a different company, the access will follow your user and you don't need to create a new one.
Follow the instructions sent to your email if you don't have an Autopay user already.
The link will expire after 24 hours. If you haven't registered a password before this, go to home.visma.com and click the link «I forgot my password». You cannot use BankID to log in here.
Start registering in the email you received.
Create a password and click «Register new password».
Click the link «Go to AutoPay» and type in your password.
After logging in you'll be prompted to add an extra layer of security. You can also click your name in the top right corner and go to «Advanced settings».
Click «Activate two-factor authentication» and follow the guidelines.
Type in the 6-digit code from the authenticator app below Visma Connect. This 6-digit code below Visma Connect is the one you use to approve payments with AutoPay in Tripletex.

Click «I have created a user and downloaded the app».

Step 4: Confirm bank connection

When your bank has sent the confirmation, you need to make sure the information is correct. You will be sent to AutoPay for approval with a password and the 6-digit code from the two-factor authentication app.
