How to connect bank integration (Autopay) to your user

This is how you do it:

  1. Click on the bell in the top right corner.
  2. Click on the notification regarding Autopay.
  3. Read more about how to create the user, and click «Next».

Now you've connected bank integration to your Tripletex user!

 

Do you have issues?

 

Nothing happens when I click on the Autopay notification

  1. Go to home.visma.com
  2. Type in your username. It is the same username that you use to log in to Tripletex.
  3. Click «Next».
  4. On the next picture, click «Forgot password».
  5. Tick «I am not a robot» and click «Reset password». You will now be able to create a new password for your user to log in.

Do not log in with BankID. You have to log in with your username and password.

 

I already have an Autopay user in a different company

If you have an Autopay user in a different company, you will get a notification saying «Update Autopay user».

Click this notification. Accesses for this company will automatically be added to the existing user, and you don't need to do anything else.
