Why are we changing the login for all users?
We are introducing an improved login solution that provides increased security and gives you more login options such as login with your fingerprint.
I am unable to approve payments anymore, what do I do?
If you have been onboarded to Visma Connect, you can use the same password to log in to Tripletex and to approve payments.
Do you not remember your password? Click on "Forgot your password" in the login page.
I have already activated two-factor authentication in Tripletex, why can I no longer use this?
In our new login solution, we use Visma Connects two-factor authentication. This means that the 6-digit code you use when logging in is the one generated from Visma Connect, not Tripletex, in the authentication app (for example Google Authenticator).
You can delete the row of codes with "Tripletex" above in the authentication app you use.
Use the code that says "Visma Connect" above when logging in to Tripletex.

I have forgotten my password.
Click "Forgot your password?" in the login screen and enter your username.

I forgot my username
Reach out to the user administrator in the company you work at. They can see what username employees use on the contact- or employee overview in Tripletex. Refer them to the point below.
I am an administrator and need to check a username on behalf of someone else
- Log in to Tripletex.
- Go to "Company>Employees".
If this applies to a contact, go to "Customer>Contacts". - Click on the user in the overview.
- Go to "Details" tab. Look at the field "E-mail address" to see the username of the employee.
How do I set up a recovery email?
You can set up a recovery email at https://accountsettings.connect.visma.com/
I am the only user and have forgotten my username
